Absolutely! You’ll be able to choose or upgrade your collection after viewing your gallery—so you’re only purchasing the images you truly love.

Living in the tropics means the weather can be a little unpredictable! Occasionally, sessions may need to be rescheduled at the last minute due to an incoming storm. If that happens, there’s no extra fee—we’ll simply find a new date that works for you and cross our fingers for clearer skies!

Life happens! If someone falls ill (including myself) or your original session date no longer works, please try to let me know at least 24 hours in advance. In some cases, late notice may result in your $150 session fee expiring—this will depend on the situation.

If I am unable to complete your session due to unforeseen circumstances—such as my own illness or a family emergency—I’ll be more than happy to either reschedule your session or provide a full refund of your session fee.

If you decide not to go ahead with your photoshoot at all, please notify me within 24 hours of booking. Just a reminder, the $150 session fee is non-refundable.

Each package covers the inclusion of 6 people at the shoot. For any extended group photoshoots I charge $15 per extra person. The maximum number of participants for a family portrait session is 10 people. Anything above that, you will need to enquire about a large group booking/event booking.

Travel within the Darwin and Palmerston area is included in your session fee. If you'd like your session at a location outside this region, a small travel fee may apply—I'm happy to chat through the details and confirm any extra costs when you book.

All the images you see on the Jenni Gladman Photography website and social media are real moments captured during sessions with families just like yours. They’re a reflection of the experience, connection, and quality you can expect from your own photoshoot.

All images taken during your session remain the copyright of Jenni Gladman Photography and may be used for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, exhibitions, or competitions. If you really wish for your images to remain private and not shared on social media, this needs to be discussed upon booking. The digital images included in your package come with shared copyright—meaning you’re welcome to print and share them for personal use, but not for commercial purposes.

As this is a custom service, refunds are not available. The session fee is required within 24hours of booking to secure your date. Full payment of your image collection is required before your gallery can be delivered for downloading.

Every session also requires a signed agreement made between the photographer and client upon booking.

I totally get that family life can come with all kinds of expenses—which is why I’m happy to offer flexible payment plans for your gallery purchase. You shouldn’t have to choose between your budget and your memories. Just let me know if you'd like to split your payment into smaller, more manageable amounts, and we’ll make it work!
